Day 6 - A picture of something that makes you happy
Beer + Margaritas =

...Snooki?
No, silly... turn your attention to the delicious creation sitting right in front of her. If Snooki is drinking it, then you know it's a good time. There's actually two things in this picture that make me happy, so when I thought of something that combined them both, naturally, I was excited.
Beer Margaritas (Yes, together.)
Ingredients:
Tequila (8 oz. (or 30 oz. - it's whatevs))
Limeade Concentrate (12 oz.)
Beer (preferably, light and/or Mexican - (4) 12 oz. bottles)
Ice
Salt (for rimming... that's what she said.)
Lime
Shot Glass
Directions:
1) In a large pitcher, combine tequila, thawed limeade concentrate and beer. Add more of any ingredient if desired. *Tip - I've also added Sprite in before, but it's just a personal preference.
2) Fill shot glass with tequila and drink. Repeat as needed.
3) Use lime and salt to rim margarita glasses (or just drink right out of the pitcher) and enjoy!

When I post about my cinco de mayo it's practically going to be a copy of your post! We are making the beer margaritas (I've never had them but can't wait!) and you know my love for all things someecards :)
WE ARE HAVING THESE TONIGHTTTT! I recently had a few in College Station, and they were MAGICAL.
